Two Cows Ice Cream is a hidden farm to table gem in the Southern Black Hills in the town of Hot Springs SD.

We make all our food from scratch, including the ice cream. We source our ingredients from suppliers that offer only “clean label”, wholesome foods. Our ice cream base is nothing but cream, milk, sugar and a very small amount of natural stabilizer (guar and locust bean gums). Our beef, yak, bison and chicken are purchased directly from farms that produce them and our potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles are purchased directly from the farms that grow them. At Two Cows, we believe these things are important. After all, you are what you eat.
